NO SMOKING. A $400 cleaning fee will be charged for vehicles returned with evidence of smoking.
Vehicles are rented on a 24hrs basis; however, we will allow an HOUR Grace Period after which the renter will be charged for an additional day.
The Rented car is to be driven in compliance with all relevant traffic regulations and not under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
Excessively dirty cars (Sand) and or obnoxious odors will be charged and additional fee of $80.00 to 100.00. The renter will be responsible for the said vehicle, together with all tires, tools, accessories and equipment.
The Car renter is responsible for changing of for changing of flat tires, cost of tire and re-pairs; this includes bent rims. The renter will be charged an additional fee for road side assistance (flat tires, dead batteries, key replacement, etc.).
The Rented car will be returned with the gasoline gauge reading same as when rented: if less, then the hirer will pay a fee of $100.00
The Car renter shall report ALL traffic violations and pay promptly all fines, penalties and forfeitures imposed for parkingor traffic violation.
The Car renter will be charged a fee for anylost or damaged key. Lost keys will be replaced at a starting cost of $60.00, chip keys $120.00 to $150.00; specialty keys $250.00 to $500.00. Under no circumstances shall the rented car be used, operated or driven; By any person(s) other than specified above. In any race, speed test or contest. Byany person under (25) twenty-five years of age. To Propel or tow vehicle or trailer.

The Rented car is the property of the REGISTERED OWNER

By signing below, you agree to the terms and condition of this agreement.
You authorize us to process a separate credit/debit card receipt in your name for all charges. You agree to be fully responsible for all damages to the vehicle while in your possession.

Reporting Accident
In the event of motor accident involving the rental automobile, the Renter/Authorized Driver shall file a report with the Traffic police; furnish the Rental Company with a complete written report of the circumstances surrounding the accident, inclusive of a copy of the driver’s license of the driver.

As for the insurance, we have Third Party coverage in the event of an accident if the renter is at fault the insurance will cover the other’s party vehicle and the renter will be responsible for the damages to the rental.
